What AIMusic Does for Production

A Generator, Not a DAW
AIMusic does not record, sequence or mix multitrack sessions like a DAW. It generates finished songs and instrumentals from a text description, which you can use as ideas, references or starting points in the software you already use.

Prompts for Producers
Try "reference track: dark trap beat, 140 BPM, heavy 808, sparse"; "chord idea: warm neo soul progression on Rhodes, slow"; "demo backing: indie rock, driving drums, two guitars, no vocals"; or "sound sketch: ambient pad texture, evolving, no beat".

A Complete Example
Turn on Instrumental and write: "reference track for a house remix, 124 BPM, rolling bass, piano stabs, filtered build". Generate, listen, then change one detail, such as "piano stabs" to "vocal chops", and generate again to compare directions.

Generator or Beat Maker?
This page covers using AIMusic alongside your production work. For beats specifically, see the AI Beat Maker. AIMusic also has upload tools: the vocal remover splits a song into vocals and instrumental, and the stem splitter separates one instrument, such as drums or bass.

Taking Results into Your Setup
Paid plans include library downloads: MP3 on Pro and Ultra, and WAV on Ultra. Upload a track to the stem splitter to pull out one instrument for sampling or remixing.

Try It Here, Save in the Full Generator
You can make a track in the box on this page without signing up; tracks made here play on the page and cannot be saved to an account. To save tracks to your library and get 15 free credits a day, sign in and use the full generator.

AI Music Production FAQ
Is AIMusic music production software?
Not in the DAW sense. AIMusic is a browser-based AI music generator: it creates songs and instrumentals from text. You can use the results in your own production software.
Can I export stems?
You can upload a track to the vocal remover to get vocals and instrumental, or to the stem splitter to separate one instrument at a time, such as drums or bass. Each run costs 5 credits.
Can I download WAV files?
WAV downloads from your library come with Ultra; MP3 downloads come with Pro and Ultra.
Does it work in my DAW?
It runs in the browser, not as a plugin. Download the result or the split stems and import them into your DAW.
Can I set the tempo?
Describe the tempo in the prompt, such as "124 BPM" or "slow, around 70 BPM".
Is the AI music tool free?
You can try it on this page without an account. A free account gets 15 credits a day, about 3 tracks at 5 credits each, refreshed at 00:00 UTC. Paid plans add more credits, private tracks, library downloads and commercial use.
Can I use the tracks commercially?
Tracks created while you have an active paid plan can be used commercially, and annual plans include a PDF license certificate. Tracks made on the Free plan do not include commercial rights.
Can I download the tracks?
Downloading from your library comes with the paid plans: MP3 on Pro and Ultra, and WAV on Ultra. Public song pages also offer an MP3 download to anyone.
Can I name a famous artist in the prompt?
Requests that name real artists are blocked. Describe the sound instead: the instruments, tempo and mood you hear.
